WordPress

WordPress is an open source content management system (CMS) for creating and managing websites.

Released in 2003, it has quickly become one of the most popular tools for creating websites and blogs: thanks largely to its distinctive features, such as ease of use, flexibility, and the presence of a large community of developers who create themes and plugins to extend WordPress’s functionalities. Indeed, today there are thousands of themes and plugins available, allowing users to customize sites extensively and add features such as contact forms, SEO, e-commerce, and more.

WordPress also supports search engine optimization and offers a variety of tools and plugins to help website owners improve their SEO, and in general it continues to be popular because it allows even less experienced users to manage content with ease, making it a solid choice for both personal websites and large corporate platforms.
