Below the Fold is a web design term that refers to the part of a web page that is not immediately visible when the page loads, and that requires a scroll to be displayed.

It is basically the opposite of above the fold.

In any case, even though below-the-fold content may be less visible than above-the-fold content, it is still important for user experience and SEO because search engines consider the entire content of a page when determining its relevance for a specific search query.
