A forum is an entire website or section of a site that allows interactive discussion among users.
It is a virtual place where people can share ideas, solve problems, discuss specific topics, and more, with freedom to write content (which may go through the site owner’s review or be published directly), which falls under the umbrella of UGC.
In the context of digital marketing, forums can be used to promote products or services, build customer relationships, and gather valuable feedback.
